Adults can buy from a licensed dispensary
For adult-use marijuana, adults over the age of 21 can buy from licensed dispensaries.
For medical marijuana, adults over the age of 18 with a valid Mendocino County medical marijuana card can buy from licensed dispensaries.
Public property is off limits
Mendocino County follows California state laws with regard to marijuana use: adults over the age of 21 are allowed to use adult-use marijuana on private property if allowed by property owners. Using marijuana in any form (smoking, eating or vaping) isn’t allowed in public places.
